Bruno is a great teacher, and MTH 309 is not very difficult. His lectures are engaging. Go to class, take notes, work on the given exercises with a friend, and you'll have no trouble passing the class.

MTH 561-562 is a difficult sequence. The material can be very dense, but Bruno presents it clearly. If you read along with his (excellently written) textbook for each lecture, you will do fine in the course. Bruno excels at making the maths as exciting as they can be. Bruno is also a great guy, very funny, engaging, and always willing to chat.

He shares knowledge for your culture. He has office hours, you can email him questions or ask him to meet up some other time, or ask your questions in class. My ideal advice: read ahead (his well-written book), do the assigned problems (no need to submit), and re-read and prepare a cheat sheet before two midterms and the final.

Hardest part of this class was using a textbook that Bruno wrote; you cant just read if you dont understand something. I missed a lot of classes for no reason but he still met with me outside of office hours a ton. Super nice and chill dude. He rarely assigns homework and doesnt grade what he does assign. You have to work for the A but its possible

Do not take any of his classes. You will not be fairly evaluated. He has heavy Italian accent and the handwriting is hard to understand and copy. Computer is not allowed in the class, even I need to use the e-book. He is by far the worst professor I have ever had.

This man is the fastest moving professor I have ever witnessed in my entire life. Heavy Italian accent only makes it harder to follow as he covers the entire span of the whiteboard in symbols I do not recognize before erasing it all and starting up again. Having passed the class but god help me. Seems like a nice dude though, good sense if humor.

Lem-ma. My man Bruno is the goat. Straight up savage, he taught us Advanced Calculus, which is basically like Calculus II with proofs. The class was ridiculously easy and Bruno's sense of style was on fleek. I probably paid more attention looking at his expensive shoes than the class itself, that's how easy this course is. Show up and pass, a goat

Abstract Algebra is a tough subject, but Dr. Benedetti is fantastic and quite possibly the funniest math professor I have ever met. He makes every class engaging and breaks down even the most challenging of concepts. This is the mark of truly great professor and I cannot wait to take Real Analysis with him once school starts again. Boutta be lit ye

A nice guy. Though his lectures might be confusing and fast-paced, if a student asks a question, he answers it as thoroughly as possible, and in office hours he is more helpful. Assigns optional homework for practice and feedback. While attendance isn't strictly mandatory, a lot of the material isn't explained online, so it's better to go to class.

Hard class since not always clear. He allowed a sheet of notes for the exam though which helped a lot. When doing proofs he jumped over a lot of steps so it's up to you to go back and fill in the blanks. Taking MTH 230 first is very helpful.

Overall he's a good professor. He has a thick Italian accent and the lectures can seem long, but he covers all the material. We had two tests and a final which have been fair and slightly curved. You only need the book to complete weekly homework assignments.
